Introduction: Nietzsche, who died at only 55, said, "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." In my final years, I suggest a corollary: 'That which does not make us stronger kills us.'

Live while still able.
Old age is always fatal.
Death swings his sickle.

Introduction: Do not dread too much that which you cannot change. We are all in this same hospice, Earth. Be kind to all creatures, including yourself. Enjoy life while you can.

Old age teaches truth.
Birth kidnapped me unprepared.
Death finds me ready.
